APPLY for the Winter Artisan Market!

This year the Winter Artisan Market will be held on SATURDAY, December 2nd AND SUNDAY, December 3rd at the Tofino Community Hall from 11:00am to 3:00pm each day.

Vendors may apply for ONE day only, either Saturday or Sunday.

GUIDELINES: Vendors may sell only their own hand-made creations. No flea market or commercial merchandise will be permitted. Items must be made within Canada, with some exceptions made for raw materials - please direct any questions to the Market Coordinator. The Winter Market is not accepting applications from vendors who also own/operate a storefront location.

HOW TO APPLY: PLEASE EMAIL the details requested below to by 5:00pm on Saturday, September 30th 2017

SEPTEMBER 30th is the application deadline - this means you have anytime UP UNTIL 5pm on September 30th to email your information. From there, all names will be drawn by lottery to determine the order on the list. Spots will be assigned in order until both days are full, then a waiting list will be started for any remaining vendors.

***Priority for spots will be given to West Coast residents, as per Tofino Market policy - Tofino, Ucluelet and surrounding First Nations residents will be assigned first, followed by out-of-town vendors

Please provide the following details in your email registration:

1. Please provide your full name, contact number and a brief description of your art/craft

2. Which day would you prefer to vend - Saturday OR Sunday? (we cannot guarantee you will be offered your preferred day)

3. Can you provide your own table? (there are not enough tables at the hall for everyone)

4. Would you like to request wall space behind your table to hang anything? (wall spots are not guaranteed)

5. Would you like to request an electrical outlet? (outlets are limited and are not guaranteed)

FEES: Table rental is $30.00. One table only per participant, each vendor gets approximately 8ft x 8ft space to work within. You are welcome to share a table with a friend (it is your responsibility to organize the partnership).

FOOD VENDORS: Any edible products must follow the Island Health guidelines: It is the responsibility of each vendor to ensure their products meet the required standards.
